Terms of service

These terms cover what Learnberry is, what it is not, and the basic rules of using it. We try to keep them short and direct.

What Learnberry is

Learnberry is an educational personal-finance modeling tool. You enter your own numbers, and the app projects them forward using deterministic math. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not your fiduciary. The simulators model simplified versions of real scenarios — useful for building intuition, but not substitutes for a professional when one is warranted.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any calculation or its applicability to your situation. Use the outputs as a starting point for further research, not as a final answer. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on what you see here.

Your account

You may use most of Learnberry without an account. If you create one, you agree that:

• The information you provide on signup is accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password or contact us.
• You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a guardian to use the service.
• You will not share your account with others.

Your data

You own the financial data, trackers, entries, and files you put into Learnberry. We do not claim any rights to it. We store it on your behalf so the app can show it back to you. How we store and protect it is covered in the Privacy page.

You can edit or delete any of your data from inside the app at any time. To delete your account entirely, email us.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Upload content that does not belong to you, or that is illegal.
• Attempt to access other users’ data, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside of a responsible disclosure context.
• Use the service to spam, harass, or harm anyone.
• Try to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical safeguards.
• Resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute the service without permission.

Availability

Learnberry is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not promise any specific uptime, response time, or that the service will be free of bugs or interruptions. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a change would meaningfully affect your data, we will try to tell you in advance.

Termination

You can stop using Learnberry at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users. If we terminate your account for a reason that is not abusive on your part, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnberry and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any financial loss resulting from decisions you make based on the outputs of the simulators.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be called out plainly rather than buried.
